WEBVTT

cue-1
00:00:01.320 --> 00:00:03.300
You already built the conventional life.

cue-2
00:00:04.120 --> 00:00:08.620
You own land, a house, or both, and you
have spent years building equity.

cue-3
00:00:09.340 --> 00:00:14.140
You are now intentionally downsizing so
that equity can be used to enjoy your

cue-4
00:00:14.140 --> 00:00:14.520
life.

cue-5
00:00:15.560 --> 00:00:20.640
From the moment you enter Project Home
Base, your overhead changes dramatically.

cue-6
00:00:21.360 --> 00:00:25.160
You are no longer trying to support the
larger lifestyle you just left behind,

cue-7
00:00:25.880 --> 00:00:30.780
and that immediately gives you more
freedom to travel, visit family, take ex-

cue-8
00:00:30.780 --> 00:00:33.700
extending vacations, or simply slow down.

cue-9
00:00:35.420 --> 00:00:39.280
Your natural destination here is a Diamond
membership,

cue-10
00:00:39.960 --> 00:00:43.080
although you can enter through Silver and
Gold if you want.

cue-11
00:00:44.120 --> 00:00:44.880
Know this:

cue-12
00:00:45.620 --> 00:00:47.800
Project Home Base is a fluid path.

cue-13
00:00:48.420 --> 00:00:51.660
You are not required to build a tiny house
on wheels

cue-14
00:00:52.300 --> 00:00:58.540
or a tiny house on helical piers. You can
remain in a van, a motorhome, a trailer.

cue-15
00:00:58.540 --> 00:01:04.239
You can build an Earthship or a cob house,
or any other approved retreat setup and

cue-16
00:01:04.239 --> 00:01:09.840
choose only the housing and independent
systems that fit the life you want.

cue-17
00:01:12.260 --> 00:01:17.420
You acquire your retreat membership and
choose your own code-compliant tiny house

cue-18
00:01:17.420 --> 00:01:20.220
on wheels or tiny house on helical piers.

cue-19
00:01:20.900 --> 00:01:25.560
Blueprint Development can design it to
your specifications, prepare the plans,

cue-20
00:01:25.560 --> 00:01:30.420
and select the suppliers and systems. You
can participate in the work yourself if

cue-21
00:01:30.420 --> 00:01:34.980
you enjoy it, or kick back and watch as
Blueprint Development completes everything

cue-22
00:01:34.980 --> 00:01:35.440
for you.

cue-23
00:01:36.360 --> 00:01:42.640
Your power, water, sanitation, and food
production systems are developed as one

cue-24
00:01:42.640 --> 00:01:44.600
integrated portable package.

cue-25
00:01:45.620 --> 00:01:50.300
Even though your intention is to remain
within the retreat setting, the tiny house

cue-26
00:01:50.300 --> 00:01:52.720
and supporting systems remain portable.

cue-27
00:01:53.660 --> 00:01:58.240
While everything is being completed, the
clubhouse provides showers, laundry, and

cue-28
00:01:58.240 --> 00:01:59.220
flushable toilets.

cue-29
00:02:00.420 --> 00:02:01.020
And remember,

cue-30
00:02:01.680 --> 00:02:05.980
everyone within the retreat agrees to the
same code of conduct:

cue-31
00:02:06.660 --> 00:02:12.420
respect, honesty, dignity, fair dealing,
and basic human decency.

cue-32
00:02:13.220 --> 00:02:17.880
You can choose to be a social butterfly
and talk to everyone, or you can remain as

cue-33
00:02:17.880 --> 00:02:21.240
a r- recluse and com- be completely
private.

cue-34
00:02:22.160 --> 00:02:25.780
And you don't have to wait for
construction to finish before enjoying

cue-35
00:02:25.780 --> 00:02:26.260
your life.

cue-36
00:02:27.240 --> 00:02:31.140
Your retreat remains your base while you
travel.

cue-37
00:02:31.880 --> 00:02:37.060
Spend a month overseas, take a cruise,
visit family across the country, come back

cue-38
00:02:37.060 --> 00:02:40.280
when you want, and leave again when you
want.

cue-39
00:02:41.240 --> 00:02:47.660
Your Diamond membership is a 99-year
retreat membership, and its remaining term

cue-40
00:02:47.660 --> 00:02:52.860
can ultimately transfer to your heirs or
your loved ones under the guild

cue-41
00:02:52.860 --> 00:02:53.580
requirements.

cue-42
00:02:54.480 --> 00:02:55.120
And remember,

cue-43
00:02:55.760 --> 00:03:00.720
the tiny house on wheels and tiny house on
helical piers are simply two housing

cue-44
00:03:00.720 --> 00:03:06.520
paths Project Home Base is already set up
to support. They are not requirements.

cue-45
00:03:07.260 --> 00:03:12.180
If you want an Earthship, a cob house, a
motorhome, a trailer, or another retreat

cue-46
00:03:12.180 --> 00:03:12.640
structure,

cue-47
00:03:13.300 --> 00:03:15.240
that can be part of your path too.

cue-48
00:03:16.040 --> 00:03:20.720
You are also not required to purchase a
complete off-grid package. You can choose

cue-49
00:03:20.760 --> 00:03:23.000
smaller systems, build them gradually,

cue-50
00:03:23.640 --> 00:03:26.280
or select only the systems that fit your
goals.

cue-51
00:03:27.040 --> 00:03:33.540
Any structure or system built on retreat
property is reviewed through

cue-52
00:03:33.540 --> 00:03:38.680
Blueprint Development, so the design,
construction, applicable building codes,

cue-53
00:03:38.680 --> 00:03:41.860
and environmental health requirements are
properly addressed.

cue-54
00:03:42.820 --> 00:03:45.000
That is what makes Project Home Base
fluid.

cue-55
00:03:45.780 --> 00:03:50.700
You choose the retreat lifestyle that
works for you, and we help you build it

cue-56
00:03:50.700 --> 00:03:51.220
correctly.

cue-57
00:03:52.560 --> 00:03:54.300
Now, your path is different from others.

cue-58
00:03:54.960 --> 00:03:59.580
You're not building toward a larger house.
You're downsizing into the retreat

cue-59
00:03:59.580 --> 00:04:01.440
lifestyle you came here to create.

cue-60
00:04:02.540 --> 00:04:07.960
You are using part of your equity from
your larger property you no longer need to

cue-61
00:04:07.960 --> 00:04:12.660
establish your tiny house, retreat
membership, and independent systems.

cue-62
00:04:13.620 --> 00:04:17.579
The equity you do not spend stays
available for the life you actually want,

cue-63
00:04:18.320 --> 00:04:20.440
and that life starts immediately,

cue-64
00:04:21.060 --> 00:04:23.000
not after some future payoff date.

cue-65
00:04:23.640 --> 00:04:25.900
Travel the world, take a sabbatical,

cue-66
00:04:26.560 --> 00:04:29.020
follow the dream you kept postponing.

cue-67
00:04:29.860 --> 00:04:32.240
Your retreat will be here when you return.

cue-68
00:04:33.020 --> 00:04:35.260
You spent years building equity.

cue-69
00:04:36.040 --> 00:04:38.640
Now you get to use it to buy your time
back.
