Terms of Use

Save This, Restaurant Tracker & Groupistry · ABC-Astro Media
Effective date: October 10, 2026

These terms govern Save This, Restaurant Tracker, and Groupistry. By downloading or using any of these apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License and eligibility

ABC-Astro Media grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules. If you cannot legally accept these terms, a parent or guardian must do so for you.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of information and media you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, your rights to use it, and any decision to export or share it. Do not use any of these apps to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious material, or interfere with devices or services.

Purchases

Save This offers Unlimited items for a one-time $4.99 USD reference price after 15 free items. Restaurant Tracker offers Unlimited restaurants for a one-time $1.99 USD reference price after 10 free restaurants. The applicable store shows the final local price and handles payment, taxes, territories, refunds, and purchase restoration. Groupistry offers a one-time Pro upgrade at a $7.99 USD reference price that removes the free limits of one active group and 50 total items; the store displays the final regional price. None of these upgrades is a subscription. Purchases are tied to the platform and store account used to buy them; an Apple purchase does not unlock the corresponding Android app, or vice versa. Restoring a purchase restores entitlement, not saved app data.

Backups, deletion, and availability

You are responsible for keeping usable backups, protecting exported files, and retaining any password needed to restore them. Deleting all app data or uninstalling an app can remove records that have not been separately backed up. A backup or restore may be incomplete, damaged, incompatible, or unavailable; we cannot guarantee data recovery. Features can vary by device, app or operating-system version, permissions, and store availability. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Disclaimers

The apps are personal organization tools, not emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, navigation, or guaranteed records-retention services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or data preservation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC-Astro Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunity. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the applicable app in the preceding 12 months or US $10. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Washington law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, with jurisdiction in Spokane County, Washington, except where consumer law requires otherwise. We may revise these terms and will update the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Save This specific terms

Notification and calendar reminder delivery depends on permissions, scheduling, connectivity, the calendar provider, battery controls, Focus modes, and other conditions; delivery is not guaranteed. You are responsible for remembering your App Lock PIN and any backup password. ABC-Astro Media cannot recover them.

Restaurant Tracker specific terms

Ratings, wait times, addresses, visit notes, and suggested addresses are personal records and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm important information independently. The app is not a navigation, reservation, food-safety, allergy, or emergency service.

Groupistry specific terms

Personal organization and content accuracy

Groupistry provides customizable groups, templates, fields, records, attachments, import and export tools, backups, and reminders for personal organization. Templates, Smart Suggestions, display formatting, calculations, and imported values are starting points you must review. Verify field mappings and important information independently. You are responsible for appropriate permission to store or share another person's information. A data export, dose log, or bill-payment history is not a certified, independently verified, or legally guaranteed record. CSV/XLSX imports require your review of headings, mapping, values, and duplicate warnings; they add items rather than automatically replacing or merging existing records. Previewing or canceling an import writes no records. Medication JSON restoration does not replay historical doses or deduct supply again; imported reminders require your explicit opt-in. Review restored schedules, refill settings, history, and supply before enabling reminders.

Voice and scanned text

Voice recognition and Scan to Text can misinterpret or omit words, names, numbers, dates, decimal points, and units. Review and correct recognized text and proposed actions before confirming or saving. Guided Voice setup offers templates and gathers fields across multiple turns; you must review the proposal and explicitly indicate readiness before group creation. Android Scan to Text uses a camera capture or selected picture; iOS uses supported Live Text controls. These tools do not verify identity, translate clinical intent, interpret a prescription, or determine a safe medication regimen. Do not use recognized text as the sole basis for medical, financial, legal, or other consequential decisions. The supported Voice workflow uses on-device recognition without a cloud-recognition fallback; availability depends on compatible device resources and permissions.

Medication and health disclaimer

Groupistry is a personal organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Medication fields, dose logs, reminders, supply estimates, refill alerts, and exports organize information and instructions you enter. They do not provide medical advice, prescribe medication, select or calculate a medically appropriate dose, identify drug interactions, monitor treatment, verify ingestion, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.

Follow your clinician's or pharmacist's instructions and consult them about medication decisions, including missed, late, duplicate, or uncertain doses. Automatic next-reminder calculations use your configured times or intervals and, where applicable, the dose time you confirm; they do not establish that a dose is safe or due. Supply and refill calculations are estimates based on recorded values. Do not change a regimen, take an extra dose, or assume a dose was taken because of an alert, an absent alert, a scan, or an app log. Do not rely on the app as your sole safeguard where a missed or duplicate dose could cause harm. The app is not an emergency service; contact emergency services when needed.

Notification actions and calendar copies

Taken records your assertion that a dose was taken; Snooze delays an alert; Skip does not assert ingestion. Unanswered reminders are not confirmed doses. Logs may be incomplete, duplicated, delayed, or inaccurate if data entry, device operation, or notification handling fails; review and correct your history. Notification delivery and optional alarm-style sounds are not guaranteed and depend on permissions, device clock and time zone, operating-system scheduling, battery controls, channel and volume settings, and Focus or silent modes. Android offers Standard and optional Alarm-style medication reminders and an explicit option to ring on Silent or Do Not Disturb through applicable device alarm settings. On-time scheduling requires the relevant system access. iOS uses ordinary notification sounds; these Android options do not establish an iOS bypass of Silent or Focus settings.

You can copy one upcoming dose or refill reminder, or all fixed daily doses in a chosen date range, review dose counts and duplicate-copy warnings, and choose whether to include medication details. A calendar copy is separate from Groupistry and controlled by you and the calendar provider. You must review and save it in the calendar editor; opening the editor alone does not establish that an event was saved. It does not synchronize later Groupistry changes, maintain the dose log, or calculate future medication reminders. You must review, change, and delete it separately. Sharing a calendar or using calendar sync may disclose medication details outside the app.

Bills, creditors, and financial records

Bills & Creditors organizes information you enter, including amounts, currencies, due dates, recurring schedules, partial payments, autopay selections, payment history, and calculated balances or statuses. These are personal records, not financial, tax, credit, debt-management, or legal advice and not certified accounting records. Logging a payment does not transfer funds, and an autopay selection does not establish that a payment was processed. Independently verify payment completion, creditor statements, deadlines, balances, and the correct currency with the relevant provider.

Calculations and reminders can be inaccurate if amounts, dates, recurrence rules, imports, or logs are incomplete or incorrect. Review each period's amount, especially variable bills, and correct payment history when needed. An alert or calculated paid status is not proof of receipt by the creditor; an absent alert is not an extension of a deadline. Keep independent safeguards for important payments. The general disclaimer and liability provisions above apply to these features, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Security, backups, and availability

You are responsible for protecting sensitive records, managing notification previews and shared calendars, keeping usable backups outside the app, and retaining backup passphrases. ABC-Astro Media cannot recover a forgotten passphrase or retrieve device-local records. Optional App Lock controls access through supported device authentication and is distinct from database encryption. It does not secure notification previews, shared calendars, or files after export or sharing. Local database encryption does not guarantee the security of every attachment or a file outside the app. Protected exports can still reveal a group name in their outer filename; review or rename the file before sharing. Check restore previews and reminder settings before relying on restored data. Group and item limits, feature availability, and supported import/export formats depend on the installed version, compatible device resources, and required permissions.

Storage measurement and permanent deletion

The storage display is the measured sum of included local files on your device at its refresh timestamp, not a measure of the device’s total capacity or an estimated allocation to individual groups, Archive, or Trash. If measurement fails, use the retry controls rather than relying on an unavailable value. Confirming permanent deletion of a named item in Trash removes its associated data and reminders while preserving attachments still referenced elsewhere; it cannot erase independent backups, exports, shares, or calendar copies. Review the named confirmation before proceeding.

Medication-feature liability

Subject to the general liability provisions above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC-Astro Media is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate medication information or logs, reliance on transcription or scan results, incorrect schedules or supply estimates, missed or delayed alerts, duplicate actions, unavailable services, or disclosure through destinations you select. This does not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit, and it does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using an app at any time. ABC-Astro Media may terminate the license if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that should survive by their nature will survive.
